How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?

  • Exceptions: Processing times may be extended during inventory replenishment or high-demand periods.

Transit Times

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet delivery estimates, unforeseen delays by third-party couriers may occur:

  • Reasonable Delays: Defined as up to 45 calendar days from the order date.
  • Refunds: Not provided for reasonable delays.

Lost or Missing Packages

Once your order has shipped, the courier assumes responsibility for the package. Lalaser Outlet cannot automatically issue refunds for lost or stolen packages, but we will:

  • File claims with the courier to recover lost items.
  • Guarantee replacement or resolution to ensure you receive your order.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please report it by emailing support@lalaseroutlet.com within 7 calendar days and include:

  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging.
  • A video showing the damage.

Eligible claims will result in a free replacement upon approval. For additional details, refer to our Warranty Policy.

Re-routed, Refused, or Undeliverable Packages

  • Re-routed Orders: Packages that are re-routed to a new address are not eligible for refunds.

  • Refused Deliveries: Do not refuse delivery unless directed by us. Unauthorized refusals may lead to package destruction, with refunds issued only after the package is returned, minus 40% to cover shipping fees.

  • Customs Refusals: If customs refuse your package, you may be eligible for a free replacement or a refund minus 20% for shipping fees.

Signature on Delivery

Many shipments require a signature to ensure safe delivery. Please ensure you or a responsible party is available to sign for the package.
